Taylor is an Alexander Technique-certified performance coach and theatre artist with a passion for human potential. The Alexander Technique addresses how you do anything, which qualifies Taylor to work on a variety of activities: from high-pressure performance situations to issues of everyday life. Her competitive gymnastics background and personal yoga practice invigorates her understanding of the human body. Taylor has over six years of experience teaching acting, directing, public speaking and collaboration in higher education. She holds a BFA in Acting from the University of Mississippi and an MFA in Acting from the University of Georgia.

Alexander Technique Certification ​in New York City

Taylor graduated with her 1600-hour AmSAT certification in December 2024. She began training in Chicago at the ATTiC, then finished at the Balance Arts Center in Midtown, Manhattan.

Best of the Bay Award

Taylor recently won a Creative Loafing Best of Tampa 2023 award with Nicole Jeannine Smith for In McClintock's Corn, hilariously titled:
